Professional Development

Each summer Jasper County Farm Bureau offers professional development workshops for teachers that qualify for recertification credit. 

​

Each workshop will feature two days of hands-on training, agriculture tours, and activities. Teachers will leave with grade-appropriate, Iowa Core aligned, ready-to-use materials that can easily be incorporated into existing curriculum. This workshop will give you tools to inspire and motivate your students to approach learning with enthusiasm and wonder.

 

The professional development is being offered for relicensure credit or graduate credit. Fees are only for the credit and there is no extra charge to supplement the workshop or instructors. All meals and transportation will be provided
